⚖️ International Operational Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability [1]
1. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction
This digital platform, AnaZoul, is owned, operated, and managed exclusively under corporate compliance with the federal laws of Canada and the provincial regulations of Alberta. All financial transactions, payments, and digital contracts executed on this storefront are legally bound under Canadian consumer jurisdiction.
2. Nature of the Services (Third-Party Marketplace)
By purchasing from AnaZoul, the Customer explicitly acknowledges that AnaZoul operates strictly as a Third-Party E-Commerce Marketplace (3P Platform). AnaZoul functions as an intermediary service provider connecting international buyers with independent, third-party local grocery wholesalers, manufacturers, and courier networks physically located inside the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Sudan.
3. Limitation of Liability for Regional Force Majeure
AnaZoul works tirelessly to ensure seamless, timely execution of all orders. However, because fulfillment takes place in dynamic regional environments subject to macroeconomic and political volatility, AnaZoul, its directors, employees, and Canadian parent entity shall not be held legally liable or financially responsible for any delays, non-delivery, losses, or property damages resulting from causes beyond our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to:
· Acts of war, civil unrest, regional conflicts, military actions, or local blockades.
· Localized utility failures, national internet blackouts, grid collapses, or regional infrastructure disruptions.
- Sharp, unexpected changes in customs laws, cross-border tariff structures, localized trade restrictions, or hyperinflationary events affecting local merchant inventories.
4. Independent Vendor Product Liability
While AnaZoul enforces strict Quality Assurance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all onboarded wholesalers, the physical production, packaging, freshness, and manufacturing warranties of specific food staples, baby formulas, and hygiene goods remain the sole legal responsibility of the original manufacturer and local vendor. AnaZoul disclaims all liability for adverse reactions, illness, or manufacturer defects resulting from items consumed or used by the local recipient.
5. Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a commercial dispute regarding order accuracy, transaction clearance, or delivery status, the Customer agrees to contact AnaZoul internal support directly at corporate@anazoul.com to seek an amicable, prorated resolution. Any formal legal proceedings, mediation, or arbitration arising from the use of this service must be filed and conducted exclusively inside Canada.
