1. The Cross-Border Delivery Model
When you place an order on anazoul.com from Canada, your payment is securely processed locally in Canadian Dollars (CAD). However, no physical goods are shipped from Canada.
Instead, your order instantly triggers our digital fulfillment network on the ground. Your chosen essential bundles or services are dispatched directly from our vetted local wholesale warehouses inside Greater Cairo, Egypt, or safe-zone corridors within Sudan (including Port Sudan) for immediate domestic doorstep delivery to your designated family recipient.
2. Order Processing & Verification Timelines
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time - EST) will begin processing the same business day.
  • Wholesale Preparation: Our local partners require 12 to 24 hours to fresh-pack and seal your standardized Saving Bundles or coordinate your requested peer-to-peer (P2P) services.
  • Fulfillment Window: Total delivery time from the moment your Canadian payment clears to the doorstep handover in Egypt or Sudan is strictly guaranteed within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Critical Address & Contact Requirements
Because traditional street addresses can be unmapped or missing in regional local zones, the Canadian buyer is legally required to provide the following information at checkout:
  • The recipient's full legal name.
  • An active local WhatsApp or phone number for the recipient.
  • A detailed physical landmark description (e.g., near a specific mosque, bank, or major storefront).
Our local delivery drivers will contact your family via WhatsApp to coordinate a safe and convenient drop-off time. AnaZoul™ is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect local phone numbers or unresponsive recipients.
4. Real-Time Delivery Confirmation & Photos
To give our Canadian diaspora complete peace of mind, we enforce a strict proof-of-delivery protocol:
  • The exact second the local courier hands the care package to your family, our system requests a delivery confirmation photo (with the recipient's explicit consent) or a digital signature receipt.
  • This visual proof is automatically routed straight back to your email or WhatsApp in Canada, serving as your official confirmation that the trust has been safely delivered.
5. Customs, Tariffs, and Added Fees
Because all inventory for our standard grocery and household bundles is sourced entirely from domestic wholesale networks inside Egypt and Sudan, there are zero cross-border customs duties, international tariffs, or surprise border fees applied upon delivery. 6. AnaZoul™ Delivery Safety & Contingency Policy

At AnaZoul™, our ultimate commitment is delivering essential care packages to your loved ones swiftly and securely. However, because we operate in dynamic environments with changing local conditions (such as inside Sudan), we prioritize the physical safety of our local delivery couriers and your families above all else.

By purchasing from AnaZoul™, you agree to our standard local delivery protocol:

1. Dynamic Route Assessment

Before any dispatch, our local logistical hubs cross-reference the recipient's landmark address against real-time local safety updates. If an area is deemed high-risk or physically inaccessible due to unexpected blockades, conflict, or infrastructure collapse, delivery will be temporarily paused.

2. Alternative Pickup & Safe-Zone Coordination

If doorstep delivery to a specific neighborhood becomes impossible, our automated WhatsApp team will immediately contact the recipient to arrange one of two alternatives:

·         Safe-Hub Pick Up: The recipient can collect the pre-packed bundle from our nearest secure wholesale partner warehouse (e.g., a central depot in Cairo/Khartoum or a safe commercial avenue).

·         Alternative Recipient: The buyer or recipient can nominate a relative or friend living in a nearby accessible safe zone to receive the package on their behalf.

 

3. Price Adjustments and Hyperinflation Protections

Local grocery wholesale prices inside Egypt and Sudan are subject to severe macroeconomic fluctuations. While we lock in your price in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at the exact moment of checkout, our inventory listings are dynamically updated. If a sudden local regulatory change prevents a vendor from fulfilling an order at the stated volume, we will contact you immediately to adjust the box contents or issue a full refund.

4. Order Holds & 100% Refund Guarantee

If a delivery zone is completely cut off and no safe coordination alternative can be reached with the local family within 7 business days, AnaZoul will place the order on a secure hold status or issue a 100% refund straight back to your Canadian credit card. Your hard-earned capital is always fully protected under Canadian consumer financial laws.

7. Domestic Canadian Fulfillment (Sellers in Canada to Buyers in Canada)
For select specialty goods, community belongings, and localized diaspora services fulfilled by independent vendors located within Canada for buyers residing within Canada, the following domestic shipping parameters apply:
Domestic Shipping Rates & Carrier Networks
All domestic Canadian shipments are processed and dispatched by independent Canadian vendors using trusted local carrier networks, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
  • Standard Canadian Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days across major provinces (Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, British Columbia, etc.).
  • Express Canadian Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days (available at an additional calculated rate at checkout).
  • Please note: Shipping to remote northern territories or rural postal codes may require additional transit days.
Processing & Tracking Infrastructure
  • Independent Canadian sellers have a maximum of 48 hours to pack, seal, and dispatch your order.
  • The exact moment the seller generates a shipping label, a unique tracking number (e.g., a Canada Post tracking ID) will be automatically emailed to you. You can track your domestic package in real time directly through your AnaZoul dashboard.
Undeliverable Shipments & Return to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete Canadian mailing address provided by the buyer, or if it remains uncollected at a local post office locker beyond the carrier's holding window, the package will be returned to the seller. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-route or re-ship the items.
